Westport Championship Golf Course & Driving Range – 18 holes
Just 5 minutes drive from the town, Westport Golf Club is one of Ireland’s finest parkland courses. A highly regarded championship venue, the Club is the three-time host of the Irish Amateur Close Championship, and also the Smurfit Irish PGA Championship in recent years. It is set in the scenic splendour of 260 acres of undulating parklands on the shores of Clew Bay with breathtaking views of Croagh Patrick.
The club boasts two professionals and a floodlit driving range, a two-hole pitching green and six-hole putting green.
At 15, Rory McIlroy become the youngest ever winner of the Irish Amateur Close Championship at Westport Golf Club in 2005, his first ever senior championship victory.
Mulranny Golf Club – 9 holes
Mulranny Golf Club’s unusual 9-hole links course on commonage overlooks the scenic Clew Bay with its own beach beside the course. There are views of Croagh Patrick, the Partry Hills, Sheeffry Hills and the Mweelrea mountains to the south, while the Nephin Beg range is to the north. The course, like the scenery, is very easy on the eye, but always manages to tame the discerning golfer, even before the wind gets up.
Carne Golf Links, Belmullet – 18 holes
Carne Golf Links lies in magnificent unspoiled sand dunes overlooking Blacksod Bay and the wild Atlantic Ocean near the town of Belmullet. Since work was started on the course in 1992, Carne has gone on to become one of the premium links golf courses in Ireland and is a true gem in North Mayo. It has recently been voted 7th in the Top 100 golf courses in the UK & Ireland.
Claremorris Golf Club – 18 holes
Claremorris Golf Club is a spectacular 18 hole par 73 parkland course measuring 6,131 metres and has USGA spec sand based greens designed by Irish International and Walker Cup player the late Tom Craddock Malahide who co-designed the world famous course at Druids Glen, Co Wicklow, host to the Irish Open on many occasions.
Ballinrobe Golf Club – 18 holes
The Championship Parkland Golf Course at Ballinrobe Golf Club is on a mature 300 acre estate which provides the setting for an ever evolving, continuously maturing, magnificent championship parkland golf course.
Connemara Golf Links – 18 holes
Connemara Golf Links is a championship links course set between the scenic splendour of the 12 Bens mountain range and the rugged Atlantic ocean.
Castlebar Golf Course – 18 holes

Westport GC Pitch and Putt is a 9 hole par 3 course, open every day from dawn till dusk, and nicely embedded into the landscape of Westport Golf Course.
