Clare Island Singles Adventure Weekend: June 20th – 22nd

We are very excited this year to welcome the singles weekend back to Clare Island, albeit with a bit of a difference.

A word from Carl:

” When I lived in Dublin I was very much into the active life, up the Dublin Mountains a few times a week, to the gym and adding balance to a very busy work life. I was always very interested in meeting someone with similar pastimes. While cycling up the Sally Gap one day I promised myself that if I ever got my hostel on Clare Island up and running I would run an adventure based singles weekend where like minded people have an opportunity to meet up.

Well, here I am fulfilling that promise with my partners at Clare Island Adventures!

After researching Singles Weekends we discovered that it is often more difficult to attract men to singles events. But having given the matter due consideration we are very confident that we will break the mould on that!  We’re offering the guys much more than the chance to meet single women in a relaxed environment.  We’re offering them the chance to meet sound, fun, active women who are up for outdoor adventure.

And we’re offering the girls the same.  This weekend is for single men and women who have a passion and energy for life and love the outdoors.  If that’s you, then this is for you.  So here we are. Lets get started…..”
